Why did JD start a church in Stamford, Connecticut?
JD and Alini were raised in loving homes by hardworking parents. They grew up surrounded by good friends and ended up finding each other while pursuing similar goals. JD’s destiny changed well before he was born. In the early 1940s, when his grandfather was 18 years old and hopeless, he found life in Jesus through a local church. JD’s life was changed that day, even though he hadn’t been born yet. Alini was six years old when her parents found Jesus in a storefront church in Queens, New York. Thus, the value of the church comes from a personal conviction they have.
JD and Alini are the benefactors of the transformation Jesus brings through an authentic life-giving church. They have made their life-mission to bring others that same benefit.
